- Guest names, contact details, and booking details.
- Identification information for guests aged 16 and above, for security and compliance.
- Payment metadata processed through Paystack — we do not store card details.
- Correspondence you send us by email or WhatsApp.
How we use your information
- To confirm and manage your booking.
- To communicate check-in, check-out, and support details.
- To meet local security and regulatory requirements.
- To resolve payment or damage deposit matters.
ID documents & storage
ID information provided by guests aged 16 and above is stored in a private, access- controlled storage bucket. ID documents are not publicly accessible and are visible only to authorised Gold 7 Residence staff.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. Card and bank details are handled entirely by Paystack under their own security standards.
Emails
Transactional emails are sent through ZeptoMail.
Address privacy
The exact address of Gold 7 Residence is confidential and shared only after a confirmed, paid booking, through secure guest communication.
Data sharing
We do not sell guest information. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate your booking.
