Simple guidelines for a graceful stay

Check-in & Checkout
Check-in from 3:00 PM. Checkout by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout by arrangement.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the booking may stay at the residence.
No Parties Without Approval
Events or parties are only permitted with prior written approval.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not allowed inside the residence. Designated outdoor areas only.
Quiet Hours
Please respect neighbours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Children Supervision
Children must be supervised at all times, especially outdoors and on stairs.
Inverter Power
The inverter supports essential power and selected appliances. Heating, coil, motor, or compressor-heavy appliances should not be used on inverter power.
Generator Usage
Guests receive up to 6 hours of generator use per day. Excess usage may be charged after review.
Water Services
The residence has a supported water supply system. Please use water responsibly.
Gas Safety
Turn off gas after cooking. Report any smell of gas immediately.
Outdoor Grill Safety
Use the outdoor grill only in designated areas. Never leave unattended.
Waste Disposal
Follow the waste disposal guidance provided in the house guide.
Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit equivalent to one night's rent applies. Refunded within 24 hours after inspection.
Security & Address Privacy
The exact address is confidential and shared only with confirmed guests. Please respect the privacy of the residence and neighbours.
