Gold 7 Residence is rented as one entire private residence only. Rooms are not booked individually.

• The main booker must be 18 years of age or older.
• All resident guests must be listed on the booking.
• Guests aged 16 and above must provide valid ID information.
• Children under 16 must be listed and accompanied by an adult.

• 1–7 nights: ₦230,000 per night.
• 8–25 nights: ₦220,000 per night.
• 26 nights and above: ₦215,000 per night.
• A refundable damage deposit equivalent to one applicable night is added to every booking.
• The damage deposit is refunded within 24 hours after the checkout inspection, subject to no damages, missing items, excess generator usage, or rule violations.

Guests receive 6 hours of generator use per booked night. Excess generator usage may be charged after the checkout inspection.

• No smoking indoors.
• No parties or large gatherings without prior written approval.
• Guests are responsible for damages and missing items.
• Guests must comply with estate security procedures.
• Guests must not tamper with the inverter, generator, gas, water pump, or electrical panels.

The exact address is released only after confirmed payment, through secure guest communication.

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by booking and will be shown during confirmation or communicated by the Gold 7 Residence team before final approval.
